About Us
Big Bear Land Management, LLC
is owned and operated by Dylan Sutton.
​
Dylan was born and raised in Lowndes County, GA.
He graduated from Lowndes High School before serving
The United States Marine Corps for five years.
​
Daniel Churnside, our Area Manager, served his five
years in the USMC with Dylan after moving to the USA
from his original home in Costa Rica.
​
Alan McLendon, Dylan's father, is part of the Big Bear
team as well, and is willing to answer any questions
that you may have about our Pricing & Services.

Our goal is to take care of any land service needs that
